📦 Shipping Time: Orders to New Zealand typically arrive within 5-25 business days. This is an average estimate and can vary depending on your location and any potential carrier delays.
💰 Shipping Cost: We offer a flat rate of $20 for all New Zealand orders.

Express shipping is faster (yay!), but just a heads-up — even with Express, delays can happen. If your parcel isn’t delivered within the estimated shipping time, we’re unfortunately not able to offer a refund, as once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the courier’s control.
If you’re ordering for a specific date or event, we recommend allowing extra time as we cannot guarantee arrival on a specific day.

Delays and Refunds:
While we strive for quick, reliable delivery, delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., transit issues, carrier delays).
Orders delayed in transit or not received by a specific date do not qualify for refunds, unless officially tagged as lost in transit by the courier. In such cases, we will send a replacement order straight away.
Parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or because they were not received after multiple delivery attempts, are not eligible for refunds. This is because we’ve already incurred admin, fulfilment, and shipping costs to process your order. We’re more than happy to arrange redelivery, but this will be at the customer’s expense.
We strongly encourage ordering with a buffer period to avoid any disappointment.
